This list includes bands and organizations Brandon is either currently working with or has worked with in the past. Groups as different as jazz to progressive rock and everything in between can be found on this list. Brandon strives to make versatility one of his primary assets.

Squatch

Squatch is a modern progressive rock four piece originally from the east side of the state. This is a video of an original called “Dig” recorded live at Third Coast Recording Company.

 

Nicholas James and the Bandwagon

The Bandwagon is a self proclaimed “Hippie Tonk” six piece band thats been around over a decade. This is one of their videos recorded at Second Story Sound covering the Bob Dylan tune “Silvio”.

 

The Last Straw Motel

The Last Straw Motel is an up and coming garage rock four piece started up post quarantine. This is a video of a recent show at Unruly Brewing Company featuring a freshly written tune “Comes and Goes”

 

The PHD’s Jazz Trio

The PHD’s is a group of young local Jazz musicians that can supply jazz standards to fit any event they are needed at. The video entails the tune Strasbourg/St. Denis played at Sandy Point Beach House.

 

  • Skyking

    Skyking is a high energy Progressive funk rock 5 piece that’s been tearing up the West Michigan scene for 5 years now.

  • In The Blue

    In The Blue Jazz ensemble is collection of West Michigan musicians who originally founded the group at Grand Valley State University. They have continued to grow and dominate the West Michigan scene over the years.

  • GR Groove

    GR Groove is another jazz group of West Michigan musicians led by bandleader Judah Guerra who, despite their young age, have been playing out for quite a few years.

  • Electric Moon Studios

    Electric Moon Studios is a recording studio Owned by Ryan Jamgotch, an engineer that’s been in the industry for more than half a decade, but works like he’s done it a lifetime. Brandon often finds himself working with Ryan and his clients.

  • Laine Rex

    Laine Rex is a bedroom pop project with heavy 80’s synth pop influences. Her debut EP “Dreaming is Not a Waste of Time” was released at the beginning of 2021. She can be heard live with Brandon at the Listening Room in Grand Rapids on December 9th at noon.
